How do I sign up?
As of 1/24/25, all spots in our inaugural squad are filled. If you are interested in joining the waitlist or starting a new squad, please email [email protected].
Is there an age requirement?
The formation of each UNSPOKEN squad takes various demographics into consideration based on the unique focus of that squad. Our inaugural squad is women with the average age close to 40 years old.
Why are there only 4 teams?
We are committed first to building a community that thrives in competition and camaraderie. In order to do this, each UNSPOKEN squad will consist of 32-40 players and 4 teams only.
What does it mean to be a Coach?
Our UNSPOKEN Coaches have a unique job in drafting the teams, choosing season awards and awardees, and helping to ensure that all players are getting a chance to participate (SUBBING!). If you are interested in being a future Coach, please email [email protected].
What do the fees cover?
The per player fee is per every 10 week season and covers all costs to operate the league (eg. gym, referees, admin). All proceeds will be donated to a local youth basketball program. Winter 2025 proceeds: Rancho Alamitos High School Boys Basketball
What is the format?
Each UNSPOKEN squad consists of 32-40 players and 4-8 Coaches. Each season is 10 weeks long. The Coaches draft teams prior to the start of the season, meaning players who participate will need to be willing and adaptable to play with any and all players in the full 32-40 person squad.
